Refund and Returns Policy:
1. Overview:
Our refund policy lasts 48 hours from the time of delivery. If 48 hours have passed since your purchase was delivered and you have not contacted our customer service, we can’t offer you a refund, return, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your fragrance must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes the fragrance bottle, packaging, and any accompanying materials. It must also be in the original, unopened packaging with any seals intact.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same fragrance, please send us an email at support@rogerbeauvoir.com with immediate pictures taken within 24 hours of receiving the package. These pictures should clearly show the defect or damage to be eligible for a partial or full refund or exchange.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products (if applicable)
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of business days. The timing of the monetary refund being received will depend on your payment method’s refund period and your bank’s terms.
If the item was received and the return is approved, our normal refund & return policy applies as per usual.
2. Customs & Shipping (International Orders):
When shipping to certain international destinations, customers should be aware that their orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. The courier service will typically reach out to the recipient prior to delivery to communicate the applicable charges based on the importing country’s regulations.
It is important to note that these customs fees are generally minimal and vary depending on the value of the goods and local laws. Customers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with their country’s customs policies to ensure a smooth delivery process and to anticipate any potential charges associated with their shipment. Roger Beauvoir is not responsible for these customs duties or taxes.
3. Pre-orders & Out of Stock:
For pre-ordered fragrances or items that are temporarily out of stock, we will provide an estimated shipping date. If there are significant delays or the item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer the option to wait, choose an alternative fragrance, or receive a full refund.
4. Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Sale Items:
Sale items, if eligible for a refund according to the terms outlined in section 1 (e.g., due to defect or damage upon arrival), the refund will be issued according to the sale price paid for the item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged sale item for the same fragrance, please send us an email with immediate pictures taken within 24 hours of receiving the package, to be eligible for a partial or full refund or exchange.
To return your product, our shipping agents will contact you to arrange for the pickup of the package.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
